Traveller Details

Passport

• • Passport should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure from Vietnam.

  • Handwritten passport and passports valid for more than 10 years are not accepted.

  • Coloured scanned copy of the passport.

Photographs

• • Digital photographs taken preferably within the last 3 months.

  • Clicked against a plain white background.

Travel Details

Return Ticket

• • Copy of confirmed arrival and departure tickets.

Additional Requirements

• • Visa to be appplied one month prior to the date of travel.

Hotel Reservation

• • Copy of confirmed hotel reservation, including the hotel address, contact number, applicant's name, and reservation dates for the entire duration of travel.

If staying with friends and family

Inviter Passport

• • Copy of ID/passport of the inviting person

Inviter Address

• • Permanent address and contact number of the inviting person
