Passport

• • "Passport should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure from Thailand.

  • Handwritten passport and passports valid for more than 10 years are not accepted."Coloured scan copy of first, last and cover page of the passport.

Photograph

• • Photographs taken preferably within the last 3 months

  • Clicked against a plain white background.

Travel Details

Flight Tickets

• • Copy of confirmed Arrival and Departure tickets.

Hotel Reservation

• • Copy of confirmed Hotel reservation showcasing the Hotel Address, Contact Number, Applicant's Name and Dates of Reservation for all days of travel.

Mandatory Details

Special Requirements:

• • All documents must be in English.

  • If a document is in a different language, an official translation should be provided.

  • Please note that the Embassy or Consulate may require additional documents or a personal interview on a case-by-case basis.

Conditional Requirements

Applicable, If staying with friends and family

• • Lease agreement/Tabian Baan/Proof of accommodation.

  • Invitation letter. along with a copy of their ID / passport.

  • Work permit, valid at least 6 months (If the relatives or friends are not Thai).
