Basic details

Passport

• • Original passport required: Valid for at least 6 months from New Zealand departure with 2 blank pages.

  • Include old passports in the application if any.

  • High Resolution of all pages containing immigration stamps and visas on the current passport and two recent old passports, including the bio data page, observations page and back page of the passport.

Photographs

• • Digital photograph taken preferably within the last 3 months

  • Clicked against a plain white background.

ITR

• • Copy of Form 16 or Income Tax Returns for Last 3 Years

Bank Statement

• • For Last 6 Months with bank's sign & seal showing sufficient balance and cash flow

Travel Details

Flight Tickets

• • Copy of confirmed arrival and departure tickets

Occupation Details

Employed

• • Below letters from the company with the letterhead along with the applicant name, designation, and signature of the authorized signatory:

  • Leave Sanction letter (or) No Objection Certificate with company stamp.

  • Pay slips of last 3 months

  • Company Appointment Letter (if applicant recently switched the company)

Self-employed

• • Cover Letter, with the business letterhead.

  • Business registration certificate; can be any of GST certificate, Certificate of Incorporation, Partnership deed, MOA, etc.

  • Add valid proprietorship proof.

Student

• • Any one of the below letter from the Institute containing the applicants name:

  • Bonafide certificate (or) Leave letter from educational institution (or) Student identity card copy.

Retired

• • Retirement Proof (OR)

  • Pension slip for the last 3 months.

Basic Details

Marriage Certificate

• • Marriage Certificate or Marriage Affidavit is required, if the Spouses name is not mentioned at the back of the passport

If staying with friends and family

Invitation letter

• • Invitation Letter In PDF format

  • Including the name/passport no.of the inviteesDuration/purpose of stay

Inviter Passport and Visa

• • Copy of ID/passport and VIsa of the inviting person

Inviter Address

• • Permanent address and contact no.of the inviting person

  • Accommodation and Address proof is also required
